Our PCB Production Package suits companies of any size and any stage. Start with Gerber files and specifications, or with only the functionality you want.
We cover functionality, concept, technical design files, component selection, prototyping and final assembly.
We can arrange the casing and assembly of the entire device. Related injection molds and other parts are arranged around your PCB.

We define the functionality and the place of the PCB in the product. Basic dimensions and functionality are fixed at the start to save technical development time.
The PCB needs an exactly fitting space in your product. If you have no CAD files for the overall product, we make them. They are also the basis for the casing.
Gerber or ODB++ files define each layer. Components use surface mount technology (SMT) or through-hole (TH). You receive the original files.
We make samples for testing, debugging and approval. Coding and flashing are tested along with the hardware. Samples cover the PCB only or the entire product.
We review the final bill of materials for costing, cheaper components and production bottlenecks. Packaging and certifications are considered.
We manage PCB manufacturing and assembly in our own and partner factories. Every board is checked for function, with full QC after each main step and at the end of the line.

We have never produced our own products. Our aim is a long term working relationship built on trust.

Both. Some customers produce the main product themselves and we supply the PCB and development work. We also do plastics injection molding, so we can manage the complete device in our own and partner factories, including custom packaging.
We always sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before project details are discussed. You may send your own NDA or confidentiality agreement. We are a pure OEM manufacturer and have never produced our own products.
Our electronics production is in China and Vietnam, in our own and partner factories. Supply chains for PCBs and components are better integrated in Asia, and plastic or metal parts are easier to arrange there.
No. We work step by step and you can take the PCB design elsewhere. The IP stays with you for everything you develop with us. We hope the quality of our development work earns the production.
The minimum for electronics and PCB assembly is 1,000 units. We review the PCB files, components, casing and assembly requirements before quoting, and agree specifications and sample checks before production.
