How We Make Your Custom Underwear
1. Develop a Concept
We simply need to understand your idea, whether lingerie, bras, briefs, strings, or shorts. Feel free to send us any mockup, hand drawing, or reference product so we can visualize it. We review the product with you to ensure we get it right before any sample or wholesale order.
2. Create a Tech Pack
The tech pack is simply a document that serves as the design and specification file for your underwear. It includes drawings, colors, fabrics and the basic sizing information. Any underwear supplier needs a tech pack as it serves as the basis for the sample and wholesale production.
3. Get a Cut Sheet
All parts of your clothing item need clearly defined length, width and height. These dimensions will differ between the different sizes you offer the underwear in. Exact sizing charts are needed so we as your private-label underwear manufacturers know how to cut and sew.
4. Sample it!
Now you can hold your product in your own hands for the first time. We provide a free custom sample after the full underwear development! You can also get a very comprehensive swatch book if needed. Enjoy a visualization of your intimate apparel product and test your fashion manufacturing idea!
5. Make the Product

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CUSTOM UNDERWEAR?
We can accommodate underwear order quantities starting from as low as 100 pieces. As a custom clothing manufacturer, we don’t source existing products, so while smaller orders are typically not recommended, they may still be feasible. We understand the needs of our customers, especially small businesses and startups, and provide the attention they deserve, particularly when it comes to low MOQs.. If you’re looking for private label underwear manufacturers, we can help. We also offer existing designs that can be customized to fit your needs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY TECH PACK AND COST ESTIMATE?
Once you confirm the information we need, it will take us about 5-7 days to send you the tech pack and related details. You will receive a welcome email along with a form to provide the information we require to get started. A cost estimate is essential for developing and expanding your underwear brand in the long run. Whether it’s briefs, thongs, shorts, bras, custom lingerie, or bodices, we’ll provide the documentation and design files you need, which can be used with any underwear supplier or clothing manufacturer.
WHERE ARE YOUR UNDERWEAR FACTORIES LOCATED?
We work with underwear factories in Asia, Mexico, and the USA. The selection depends on your material requirements, quantities, and target price. We will recommend the best option when we review your wholesale underwear supplier options. Our overseas underwear manufacturers are often a good choice for low-volume orders. Lingerie and bra manufacturers in Asia also offer advantages due to better-integrated supply chains.
I HAVE MORE THAN 1 UNDERWEAR DESIGN. HOW MUCH IS AN ADDITIONAL TECH PACK?
Our lingerie, briefs, bras, strings, shorts etc. designs are affordable. We charge $197 for each additional tech pack. We will also review your design options so that we minimize the number of tech packs required. As your underwear manufacturing partner, we can help you with how to start an underwear business and developing a feasible plan for an entire underwear line.
DO YOU OFFER ANY ORGANIC & RECYCLED FABRICS OPTIONS FOR MY CUSTOM UNDERWEAR?
Yes, we can provide any fabric for your bras, tops, and bottoms, including organic cotton, bamboo fabric, other natural blends, and recycled polyester fibers. Sportswear-related products, in particular, require special attention to material selection. Sustainable underwear manufacturing is important to us as a responsible manufacturer, and we are happy to support our clients who wish to implement it. We only source sustainable fabrics from certified organic suppliers and double-check the material blends before use. This standard applies not only to our lingerie and bra manufacturing but to all our clothing manufacturing solutions.
