Refund Policy

Our products are made to order. This policy reflects how manufacturing works.

Design and development

Design deliverables are revised until you approve them, up to 5 rounds of revisions per deliverable. This includes design files, technical files, patterns and 3D renderings. Further rounds can be quoted separately. Once you approve a deliverable, no further rework is included and refunds are not available.

Samples

A refund is available only when a sample does not match the specification agreed with you in writing. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and a description of the difference. We will review the sample against the agreed specification. If it does not match, we will refund the sample fee or remake the sample, as agreed with you.

Mass production

Once you approve the sample and mass production is authorized, materials and factory capacity are committed. From that point we do not issue refunds. Deposits and payments for production are not refundable.

If delivered goods do not match the approved sample or agreed specification, we will remake or repair the affected units at our cost. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos and the quantity affected. We confirm the fault with the factory or an independent inspection before work begins.

What is not covered

Changes requested after sample approval. Variation within the agreed tolerance. Damage after delivery. Goods that have been used or altered. Products purchased through distributors or retail partners.

Shipping

Shipping costs are not refundable once a tracking ID, waybill or other shipping document has been issued.

How to make a claim

Contact us through the contact page with your order number, photos and the quantity affected. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
