We determine the materials, components and work steps for your product. You receive professional manufacturing documents you can take anywhere.
We build the sample for the PCB or the entire product. Testing it often shows needed improvements. After debugging and updating the files, we iterate the sample as needed, with up to 5 revision rounds for the design files.
We track cost and alternatives for PCB parts and components during prototyping. Once the prototype is confirmed, the list and costing are finalized, including packaging.
We coordinate electronics assembly with our own and partner factories. They handle assembly, packaging and shipping for most products. We can also deliver sub-assemblies or only the PCB.

Both. Some clients develop PCB components for products they make themselves. We can also take over development of an entire product, which is common when simple injection molded cases and assembly are needed. If the PCB goes into a product we do not make, the specifications and related aspects must be final and confirmed.
Yes. We follow your instructions strictly and start PCB prototyping quickly. Please make sure the files are final and confirmed. Significant changes after we start often mean starting over.
No. We work step by step. You pay only for the next phase and can start or stop at any point. We hope you also do the mass production with us, because developing the PCB and setting up the production line together means we know your product well.
We usually make PCB prototypes in Shenzhen, because of short distances and established supply chains. Electronics production is in China and Vietnam, in our own and partner factories. We recommend the location based on your product, quantity and timeline.
