Six steps from concept design to production and QC.
We start with a concept design file and technical drawings of shape and dimensions. It is the basis for the CAD files and blow molding.
We review and coordinate the cap, label and packaging. Thread length and material are fixed so these parts fit the 3D and design files.
CAD files determine the exact shape and the quote. If you send your own, we verify them for manufacturing.
A custom 3D print lets you hold the design before any mold is made. The material differs from the mass produced bottle, but shape and size are exact.
We make blow molds from high quality steel with precision. Special containers may need injection or extrusion blow molding. You always receive a sample from the new mold.
After mold approval we start mass production and arrange lids and labels. An inspection follows every production step.

What brands ask before they start.
The minimum for blow molds is 10,000 units. Blow molds are carved from steel or aluminum by CNC, which is costly. Below this quantity the mold cost per bottle is too high. Contact us to discuss options for your design.
For other products we offer 3D printing for prototypes and temporary aluminum molds before steel tooling. Plastic bottles are different. The flexibility and transparency of a PET bottle can only be achieved by blow molding. We can 3D print test bottles to check the design.
Yes. Our packages are independent and you can order each phase as needed. We usually work in neutral formats such as STP and can accept other formats. Any plastic bottle factory can work with the files we make.
Our plastics production is in China and Vietnam, in our own and partner factories. Supply chain integration of raw material and molds is better there, so lead times and material flexibility are easier to achieve.
Yes. We always sign an NDA before you share your design. Designs you create with us are your property. The blow molds are your exclusive property, are not used for other projects, and you can get them any time.
