1. Develop a Concept
Sketch out your ideas and designs for us as a basis for visualization. It doesn’t have to be professionally done as it can be just simple sketches or hand drawings. Together, we brainstorm and solidify your concept to make it a concrete plan for your cut and sew clothing product.
2. Design a Tech Pack
All of the details gathered for the cut and sew product are stored in a single professional design file referred to as the Tech Pack. Cuts, colors, fabric, and materials information are all included within the tech pack. If there are any changes to the concept, then these details are updated right away in the tech pack.

What is the minimum quantity I have to make for cut and sew manufacturing?
We can often do orders as low as 100 clothing items for your custom clothing production. However, the limitations here are related to the fabric material. Also frequently we have to order a full role of fabric in the custom color you want if it is not a stock fabric. This means that you should rather have a quantity of 1500-2000 pieces. We are aware of the needs of small businesses and people just starting or testing a clothing product. We always try to keep the order quantity as low as possible with our cut and sew solution.
How many days does it take for me to get my tech pack and cost estimate?
Depending on how complicated your clothing design is, it takes approximately 5 to 7 days for you to get your tech pack and cost estimate. We will contact you once you are onboard to ensure things progress quickly and smoothly and avoid delays. Please check the client portal and emails from time to time. We often have questions or need a confirmation for your cut-and-sew clothing to make a great custom clothing sample. The easier we can communicate, the quicker it will be.
Are your factories located in a single location?

Depending on your location, we can easily accommodate your clothing manufacturing based on your needs and product requirements for faster and better results. Low quantity cut and sew manufacturing is often best done in Vietnam or China. The labour cost is only one aspect, but fabrics and many accessories are made in this part of the world, so lead times are faster, and you can order low amounts of fabric much more easily.

If I have multiple designs, do I need to pay for additional tech packs for different designs?
Yes. However, our rates are affordable as we only charge $197 for each additional tech pack. Furthermore, you only need a separate tech pack for a different product, not if it’s just different sizes or colors. In those cases we just include it in the same tech pack or make quick separate versions for your tech pack. We make sure you are able to save money by minimizing the number of tech packs needed and you can always test us by making a single tech pack first. Tech packs are crucial for cut and sew apparel manufacturers to have all the details clearly defined.
Are organic and recycled fabrics options for your company?
Yes, we can provide any type of material that you request be it organic cotton or plant-based fabric you specify as your clothing manufacturer.
