Our tech pack service is built for small and mid-sized businesses. Your designs are organized in one product development process and turn directly into samples.
Materials, cuts and processes are set out in a single professional design file. Any manufacturer can use it as the basis for development.
For designs that do not follow standard layouts or measurements. Each file follows industry standards and holds your details and preferences.
Once the tech pack is complete, we make a sample you can hold. It is updated after sampling and before production.
Five steps from your concept to bulk production.
We discuss your design and its details. Any sketches or drawings help start the tech pack.
All details and specifications go into the tech pack. We help with technical details and revise it until everything is defined, up to 5 revision rounds.
Measurements must be well defined so we can make the cut sheet. If you release several sizes, each size is included.
Some adaptations only become clear once a sample exists. The tech pack is updated accordingly.
Production follows the final tech pack. Confirm the sample first. The minimum is 1,000 pieces per style and color. Sizes share the 1,000.
Review what each phase includes.
You do not need to be an expert in clothing manufacturing to start your own line.
Our tech packs follow industry standards and hold the details and preferences for your product.
The tech pack is the manual for making the garment. It can be used with any manufacturer.
A sample shows what needs to change. Take the product to the line only after final approval.
Production runs in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Bangladesh.
What brands ask before they start.
A garment tech pack is a professional design file with all the details of a clothing product. It covers the cut, materials, fabrics, sewing instructions, logos, care labels and sizing. A manufacturer needs it to start a sample or production. Everything should be documented, not left to interpretation.
Yes. Each design needs a separate tech pack, but not each size or color. The price is $197 per design. Ask our support staff about options for an entire line. We open a separate project for each design.
We sign an NDA before you share your design. The designs are your property and the design files are under your name. We use them only for your projects. You receive tech packs as PDF documents. Cut sheets can be arranged in other formats.
Usually 5 to 7 days. It depends on payment and on when we receive your reference files and instructions. We may have questions, and a timely reply speeds things up.
Yes to both. Our tech packs can be used with other manufacturers. If you send us your own, our support staff checks that it is complete. Some updates or open questions may need to be resolved.
We help you understand what is possible based on your budget, quantity and timeline. We sign an NDA before you share a design.
