How We Make Your Custom Sportswear
1. Develop a Concept

You can send us any hand drawing, mockup or reference product that we can use to get a basic understanding. We will go over all details with you before proceeding to the sample and wholesale order.
2. Create a Tech Pack
Next, we create a document with professional drawings, fabric, color and sizing information. This type of document is called a tech pack, which serves as the specification and design file for your custom sportswear. It follows all relevant standards and can be used by any sports apparel supplier.
3. Get a Cut Sheet
It is important to determine all relevant dimensions with length, width and shape. Moreover, these dimensions have to be adapted to the different sizes you want to offer your activewear in. Sizing charts are required so that private label sportswear manufacturers know how to cut and sew.
4. Sample it!
See your sports clothing design in reality for the first time! We give you a free custom sample after completing the clothing development with us! We can also send you super comprehensive swatch book when needed. Test your idea and check all aspects so that potential changes can be considered before production!
5. Make the Product
Once you approve the custom sample and are ready to move forward, we start mass production by integrating your design to the production line at our sportswear factory. Rest assured that the production will go smoothly and that all details are as planned.

WHAT MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY DO I NEED FOR CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR?
Normally we can realize order quantities already from 10 pieces, despite that this is custom production and not private label sports clothing where simply logos are printed. Doing even fewer might be possible; it all depends on your design and target piece price. Startups and small business often work with us and we try to serve their needs as good as possible. Low MOQs are usually the most important thing and we understand that. The minimum often depends on the fabric, so that products like kids clothing with less fabric per piece have higher minimums.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ACTIVEWEAR TECH PACK AND COST ESTIMATE?
Once you have confirmed all the information we need about your design, it usually takes us about 5-7 days to provide your tech pack with all other details. When you sign up, you will get a welcome aboard email with questions and information that we need from you. You can always reach out to us. I HAVE MORE THAN 1 SPORTS CLOTHING DESIGN. HOW MUCH IS AN ADDITIONAL TECH PACK?
Our athletic and fitness apparel tech packs are very affordable. An additional tech pack is $97 for each design that you require for your whole activewear line. We are reviewing your design options so that we keep the number of tech packs at a minimum (for different prints/accessories for instance).
