1. Develop a Concept

3. Get a Cut Sheet

WHAT IS THE SMALLEST QUANTITY OF CUSTOM SWIMWEAR I CAN MAKE?
We don’t have minimums, which mainly depend on the fabric of a particular type and color we must buy. Usually we can offer economic pricing already for quantities as low as 100 pieces. This is very low for custom swimwear manufacturing, and it is not just private label swimsuits that we simply put a logo on. It all depends on your material requirements, target price, and design, but even smaller quantities are possible. As a clothing manufacturer, we understand the needs of small businesses and people just starting out, so we try to keep our minimums as low as possible. It is important that you test your designs and gather feedback. For instance, scaled-up bikini manufacturing should be based on a design that you have tested thoroughly before making thousands of pieces.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SWIMWEAR TECH PACK AND COST ESTIMATE AFTER SIGNING UP?
After the onboarding, where we ask you different questions to understand your design and project requirements fully, it takes, on average, about 5-7 days to provide you with these files. The onboarding email contains a few questions and asks you to share your design idea. We will then contact you for individual aspects that we need to clarify. Making sure we understand your beachwear idea clearly is an important step, and it will be shown in the tech pack and cost estimate.

We provide very affordable tech packs that are the most important design files you need. Each additional tech pack is $197, so you can easily prepare and plan an entire beachwear clothing line. You can minimize the number of tech packs needed by summarizing those that only differ by size or color in a single tech pack. We gladly help you to reduce the number of tech packs you need.
