Want to get injection molds and production done affordably?
We help with all steps along the way!
Our Injection Molding Package is made to support anyone from startup to mid-sized and large plastics business. We set up custom injection molds and mass production for any products and parts. From product design to mass manufacturing, we are here to support and assist you depending on your needs. Producing your own plastic parts can be a big challenge but we as your injection molding company will provide the support to make your life easier.
Creating injection molds requires relatively large upfront cost for the upcoming production. Therefore, it is important that the everything is prepared carefully and conduced with great attention to the details of your injection molding design. We can help with creating or editing CAD files and also with making 3D printed samples. Our expertise and experience as injection molding companies allows us to guarantee you that your injection molds will turn out exactly as expected and that all plastics parts fulfill the highest standards in term of tolerances and shrinkage. Tell us what injection molding services you need and we as plastic injection molding company are here to help.

Why Choose Our Injection Molding Package?
Choose the right injection molding company for better quality at lower cost!
You do not have to be a injection molding expert in order to design and produce your own plastics parts. You can of course just send your CAD files if you have experience, but we can definitely help with all steps of the process and provide valuable feedback in any case. From material choice, mold type to assembly and shape optimization, we help with all the technical aspects. We always provide samples first, whether it is a 3D print for the design or test run for the injection molding itself.
Injection molds are usually carved out of steel blocks by CNC processing. Aspects such as steel quality and precision play an important role. We carefully consider your project needs, such as planned production volume, cavities, product type and material to give you the best options. We bundle many plastics injection molding projects at our workshop, which allows us to give you the best possible price and quality, while still helping you with all requests that you might have. The injection molds are naturally your exclusive property, and you can ship them anywhere at any time.
How You Get Your Injection Mold & More (If Needed)
1. Create a Concept
If you are starting from scratch without professional design files, the first step for a plastics injection molding project should be to make a clear concept. We coordinate the dimensions, shape and general project requirements with you. This can be based on any sketch or reference from you. Based on that, we create a technical drawing.
2. Optimize the Parts
Next, we check the different parts. Having convex shapes is very important for injection molding plastics products, since the plastic parts have to be able to fall out of the mold after the injection. As your injection molding manufacturer, we can check contact points, joints and other aspects of your design.
3. Get a CAD/3D File
Based on the previous two steps, the CAD files are created (only if you don’t have them already anyway). This is the file that counts and determines how your plastics injection mold will look like. It specifies all dimensions of your design and you can use it to review all parts from any angle and verify all sizes and shapes.
4. Create a Sample
Before a custom injection mold is made out of steel or aluminum, you should get a 3D print to check the shape in reality to be safe. While 3D prints have higher tolerances and the material is not the final one, it’s still an important step for injection molding. The final injection molds will not be easily adjustable and the design should be confirmed as final.
5. Make Injection Mold(s)
We will start to make your injection molds here, possibly directly with the approved CAD files you sent us. Custom injection mold making requires high precision and we work with the best CNC tooling equipment available. In contrast to other plastic injection molding companies, we charge competitive prices for our molds and only do them as complex as required.
6. Arrange Production & QC
Plastics injection molding is concluded with the production run. We don’t only do the injection molding itself, but can also package or assemble your plastics product as required. We have a production line adjacent to the injection molding machines that can take care of your specific requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT DETERMINES THE TOTAL COST TO MAKE AN INJECTION MOLD?
There are four main factors that determine how expensive plastic injection molding is. These are quantity, complexity of the shape/design, size of the plastics product and the plastic material. 1. Quantity: It doesn’t make sense to make injection molds for several thousand dollars when the quantity is a few hundred pieces. The mold cost per piece shouldn’t be too high. 2. Complexity of shape: There are cheaper types of molding machines with simpler/less massive/cheaper material molds (thin steel or 3D printed molds with SLA), but these work with lower temperature and lower pressure. Therefore, only simpler shapes can be taken. 3. Size: Large injection molds are much more expensive that small molds. It’s cheaper to do any type of molds for small products, regardless how complex the shape. 4. Material: PP, PE and ABS have relatively low melting points and good flow behavior. It’s possible to make simpler/cheaper injection molds for those materials than when you need more stable materials like PC or Nylon (given the shape is the same, molds for the latter, more robust needs will be more expensive). We as your injection molding company can go over your design files to give you a quote for the injection mold cost.
WHY IS IT USUALLY INJECTION MOLDING? WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER MOLD TYPES?
Injection molding is the most common type of plastics manufacturing because it’s so versatile and has a high volume/speed. Liquid plastic is simply injected into the shape you want and you can do pretty much anything. Injection molds are most commonly made out of steel, but also aluminum or 3D printed molds are possible in some cases. There are most commonly only a few exceptions where other molding techniques than injection molding are better or cheaper. Bottles are made with blow molds (or any other hollow and thin shapes) and long/thing objects are made with extrusion molding (like pipes or straws or similar where a long shape can be cut into pieces). Other types of molds are only used for very large objects that can require special techniques. This is usually for industrial applications like car parts etc. (rotational, thermoforming) and requires even higher mold cost and minimum quantities. We can also help with that if applicable.
WHAT ARE CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES TO INJECTION MOLDS MADE OUT OF STEEL WITH CNC?
To avoid the large upfront mold cost for low quantities, you can either do 3D printing or do simpler types of molds. For 3D printing, the piece price is high and there are some limitations to specifications and stability, but it doesn’t require any injection molds. For simpler types of molds, you can do aluminum molds, or 3D printed SLA molds that are simpler to make. However, these molds will only last for a few dozen or few hundred pieces. The point where it is cheaper to make a proper steel injection mold is reached already with relatively low quantities. Just for reference, simple 3D printed plastic parts are several USD while molded parts are just a few cents. For most uses and application there is hence usually not really an alternative than working with an injection molding company and proper steel molds. However, we can also help you if it turns out that a different option works for you. We also do other type of molds and 3D printing.
WHAT ABOUT THE IP OF MY DESIGNS AND THE OWNERSHIP OF THE INJECTION MOLDS?
We as your plastics manufacturer can gladly set up and sign an NDA with you that protects your intellectual property rights. Our job is purely being an injection molding company and we don’t do any products ourselves but just on behalf of customers. For the CAD/3D designs that we help to create or update, the IP rights are entirely yours also if you don’t end up doing the injection molds or production with us of course. In case that we make physical injection molds for you, they will also remain your very own property indefinitely. You can pick them up or send them elsewhere at any point in time.
WHERE IS YOUR INJECTION MOLD FACTORY LOCATED AND WHERE DO YOU DO MASS PRODUCTION?
If you have any experience with creating injection molds for plastics products, you know that injection molds can be really expensive. In North America and Europe, even simple molds cost a small fortune. That’s why we usually make regular injection molds at our facilities in China where the supply chain for plastics injection molding is well established and still affordable. Making injection molds requires a lot of manual labor that is relatively cheap but the experience of our staff is great. For lower volume production it’s the best location for injection molding. Plastics raw material prices are also usually cheaper here since it’s commonly made in China.
